Galilee is home to Yahala Labs, a venture studio that turns practical AI ideas into products people use every day, and to a small family of operating businesses in trade and automotive parts.
Our focus
Yahala Labs is the venture arm of Galilee. We are builders first: every company in the studio started as a real problem, a working prototype and a customer who wanted it. We use AI where it removes drudgery, not as a slogan, and we ship small, sharp tools that earn their place on someone's desktop.
The studio model lets us move from idea to paying customers in weeks. We share engineering, design, infrastructure and distribution across every project, so each new venture starts on solid ground instead of from zero.
What we do
We co-found and incubate companies from the first sketch. Yahala Labs provides the product team, the AI engineering and the go-to-market playbook, so founders can spend their time with customers.
Hands-on delivery for teams that want AI working in their business, not in a slide deck. We find the workflows where models save real hours, then build, test and hand over the result.
We put capital and, more importantly, build capacity behind founders with a clear problem and an unfair insight. We like small teams, fast iteration and products customers pay for early.
Clear, vendor-neutral guidance for leadership teams deciding what to do about AI: where it pays off, what it costs, what the risks are and how to bring people along.
How we think
Our products share one idea: software should quietly do the tedious part so people can do the part that matters. That means tools that work offline when they can, keep your files on your machine, explain what they did, and cost a fair price.
